Located on the beach and close to many attractions, Seascape is a wonderful destination. Minutes away from the new Schlitterbahn Water Park, Moody Gardens, miniature golf, a movie theater, batting cages and eateries; close to the largest fishing pier in Galveston, there is something to do for every member of the family.
Seascape is a complex of 135 individually owned condominium units. Our property owners are as diverse in demographics and reasons for ownership as is the décor of each unit. Some are permanent residents, some are weekend warriors using their units as a vacation getaway, and others own their units for rental income, renting on their own or through various island rental agencies. We are not a condo-hotel and do not have an “approved” or “preferred” rental method or company. Each owner has the freedom to select what is best for them.
Seascape has a full time 4 employee staff that performs maintenance and repairs to the common areas. We are a professionally managed complex, and are governed by an elected, five-member, board of directors who meet regularly to discuss improvements to the property, owners’ concerns, and social matters.
